Meetings are currently being held at the Mayberry Restaurant at 50  Miller Street in Winston-Salem, NC at 0830 hrs.

Lodge #8 Held it's 2009 Fund raffle Drawing on November 14, 2009.  Two thousand tickets were printed and all were sold. The Winners are listed below;

FOP Christmas Dinner

The 2009 Christmas Dinner was held at the Captain’s Galley Seafood and Steak House,   located at 3450 Old Salisbury Rd. This is at the intersection of Old Salisbury Rd and Friedburg Church Rd.

The dinner was held on December 12^th at 1800 hrs. We were  seated in a rather secluded area of the restaurant and ordered from the menu. The restaurant Manager assigned  two very good servers to our group. The food was delicious, plentiful, and reasonably priced.

We had reservations for 25 people, and 29 people attended. It was great to see so many old friends and their families. Thanks to all who attended and made this event a success.

Lodge # 8 wishes a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to each and every Lodge member, and their family.
