The Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Fraternal Order of Police (WS/FC FOP) Corporate Sponsor Program is designed to allow businesses and or Corporations, within the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County area, the opportunity to financially support local Law Enforcement Officers, who serve our community so diligently.   
 
The funds donated by the businesses and corporations may be utilized to provide some temporary death benefits for the survivors of officers killed in the line of duty and legal assistance for FOP Members. The WS/FC FOP may also provide financial aid and assistance to non-member officers killed or injured in the line of duty. We are also currently discussing the establishment of a scholarship fund for the children of officers slain or disabled by injuries sustained in the line of duty. The WS/FC FOP also gives annual financial support to the Veterans Hospital in Salisbury and the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Crime Stoppers.  We also make financial donations to assist officers or families of officers, around the state, in time of need. 

Businesses and corporations may participate in this program through an annual donation of a minimum of $100.00 to the WS/FC FOP. For each donation, the donor will receive a plaque suitable for display showing their support for law enforcement. They will also receive a Certificate of Appreciation from the Lodge President, and the donors name will be listed on the WS/FC FOP Web Site, www.ncfop8.com, as a Corporate Sponsor.       
 
The Fraternal Order of police is a National Organization made up of and operated by Law Enforcement Officers. We have over 320,000 members nationwide and about 6000 members statewide. Our lodge was chartered in 1972 and has been dedicated to the support of Law Enforcement Officers both financially and logistically since that time. We are a 501-3c non-profit organization.
